Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use sparrowandpalm.com, sign in to My Account, or buy a reservation, membership or Group Lesson Course from Sparrow & Palm, 28280 Old 41, Unit 9, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.

By using the website or booking with us, you agree to these terms and to the policies they refer to:

• Reservations & Refunds Policy — booking, payment, cancellation, refunds and credit.
• Membership Terms — what each membership includes and how it works.
• Clubhouse Guidelines — what to expect when you visit.
• Privacy Policy — how we handle your information.

Where a purchase has its own terms — such as our membership cancellation and refund terms — we show them to you before you pay.

We use a one-time code sent to your email address instead of a password. Please book only with an email address you control, and keep your sign-in codes to yourself.

Reservations, memberships, credit and guest passes belong to the person whose email address is on the account. Please give us accurate details, including your own name when you buy a membership.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Florida sales tax of 6.5% (6% state plus 0.5% Lee County) is added to the listed price, and the total including tax is shown before you pay.

Online purchases are paid by card through Square. Your booking or membership is confirmed only once Square confirms the payment.

We work hard to keep prices and schedules accurate. If we discover a clear mistake in a price or session listing, we will contact you and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

How booking windows, payment holds, cancellations, refunds and account credit work is set out in our Reservations & Refunds Policy. What memberships include is set out in our Membership Terms. Where those documents cover a subject, they apply in addition to these terms.

Occasionally we may need to change the time of a session, or cancel it. If that happens, we will contact you using the details on your booking.

If we cancel a paid session, you will receive a full refund, as set out in our Reservations & Refunds Policy.

Please use the website only for its intended purpose — learning about the clubhouse and booking with us. Please do not:

• book in someone else's name without their permission, or use another person's sign-in code;
• try to get around booking windows, seat limits, payment, or the limits on passes and credit;
• interfere with the website, attempt to access parts of it that are not meant for you, or collect data from it by automated means;
• use the website for anything unlawful.

We may refuse or cancel a booking made in breach of these terms. If we cancel a paid booking for that reason, we will tell you why and refund what you paid. A guest pass, Mahjong Mixer pass or credit obtained by misuse will not be returned.

The Sparrow & Palm name, logo, photographs, illustrations and website text belong to Sparrow & Palm or its licensors. You are welcome to share links to our pages; please do not copy or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our permission.

We aim to keep the website and online booking available, but they may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If you cannot book online, please call us on (239) 526-1971.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Florida or federal law that cannot be limited by agreement.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@sparrowandpalm.com or (239) 526-1971. We aim to reply within two business days and to put things right quickly. You can also contact your card issuer about a charge at any time; if you do, we may share the details of your booking and the policies shown when you paid, so the issuer can review it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to purchases made after that date. A change never affects a reservation or membership you have already paid for, unless the change is in your favour.
